Return Policy

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of shipment to return most items.* Refunds are made once your order has been shipped back to us with the original packing and all items intact. Any return with visible wear, tear, alteration or missing items is not eligible for a refund. Please be aware that any refunds applied will only be for merchandise itself and not any shipping charges.

Below are the following items that cannot be returned or exchanged:


• Wigs, beards, and facial hair
• Special order items
• Make Up, teeth, and fangs
• Any item that has been worn, used, altered or without factory seal
• Any Clearance or Sale Item

Any orders placed between October 5 and November 1 are non-refundable

Please note that there will be a minimum of 15% restocking fee for any item.

How do I return an item?

Once your item is eligible for return, you need to send your return through a tracking shipping method. If any items are returned without a tracking number and we do not receive them, we cannot offer a refund for your order.

Include a copy of your invoice for our billing department to process refunds.
Once received, your refund will be process within 3 business days.

Can I exchange an order?

If for whatever reason you would like to exchange an order, you must first place a new order and return the item(s) you have already received. All return policies still apply to exchanging an item. We do this to ensure that all items are in stock once an order has been made rather than checking when we receive your return. ________________________________________________________________________
